Very clean and very comfortable. The receptionist was so nice. It is dated and furniture is not new but everything you need is available. The price is very reasonable.

Although the motel was easy to locate, there was road construction blocking the entry drive (not their fault). The staff however, were very attentive when we managed to figure out a way around the red cones. Older motel, very clean, amazing quite at night, no mountain view and no patio (so not as relaxing as implied especially so close to the busy road). Good value, however.

Cheap rates, central location but right on the busy main street with big trucks and such- so a little noisy. Its an older building but clean. my problem- The shower didnt work. the shower valve was completely stripped out- not a drop of water. I was leaving at 5:30 am and didnt have time to bother the owners that early. then I tried to call them to let them know and they mustve blocked my number.

It was in a great location for our road trip. The couple managing the front desk are super sweet. The room was older but very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. It was definitely an older motel (still using physical keys) but had a quaint, welcoming feel to it. The room also had a freezer (really worked) and fridge combo (dorm size).

This is my 3rd stay at the Regency. Each room has had a horribly noisy AC unit. It keeps me awake so I end up opening the bathroom windows and the front window to try to get a cross breeze. Otherwise the place is great, but this may keep me from staying again.

I had a good experience with this motel. Most important, the room was clean, air conditioning worked well. It is in a convenient location in town. Also, it's next door to a restuarant, where I had breakfast. I would stay here again.

Regency Inn is a decent older budget hotel with very pleasant and helpful desk staff. The three large double beds in the room worked well for our party of five. Very close to decent inexpensive restaurants. Easy to find off Interstate 80.
